ABSTRACT
Sera were collected at weekly intervals from goats sensitized by killed Brucella melitensis strain 16M and from a control non sensitized goats. ELISA using 2 types of antigens and 2 types of conjugates were applied on goat sera along with 3 conventional serological tests. Comparison between ELISA antigens and conjugates were studied. ELISA using KCl extract of Brucella melitensis as an antigen and anticaprine IgG as a conjugate proved to be superior that other tests in detection of antibodies against Brucella melitensis specially in late period after sensitization
